Coordinate and supervise the monthly closing process of 12 subsidiaries, including reconciliations analysis of related Trial Balance and general ledger accounts.

Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual Financials Statements, including analysis of results and ensure reflects the accurate result of the companies and ensure timely submission to Partners and shareholders.

Monitor and deal with the current financial questions of subsidiaries and special purpose entities within its scope

Oversee CAP reporting and supervise the reconciliation with Galaxy reporting in coordination with Financial Controller’s team

Oversee and ensure the communication of the internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.

Ensure the reporting are prepared timely and comply with Local GAAP and IFRS.

Maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls

Review manual journal entries and account reconciliations in accordance with the respective Internal Control procedure

Review and drives improvements in accounting, ensuring financial obligation are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial controls.

Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, Auditing, Tax or Accounting is required. CIMA, ACCA or related finance qualification will be advantageous;

Excellent Knowledge of generally accepted Accounting, Local GAAP, IFRS and Tax principles;

10 years or more sound experience in a similar role, preferably in an Oil and Gas environment;

Large Experience with SAP and SOX requirements;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
