The Domestic Payments Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of domestic payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across a wide range of payments.
Job Description
The Domestic Payments Manager leads the delivery of efficient, compliant, and client-centric domestic payment services across corporate and retail segments. The role ensures strong support to Front and Middle Office, oversees Fit for Processing (FFP) checks, transaction monitoring, and manages a wide range of payment types including DLV, DHV, tax payments, salaries, direct debits, corporate transactions, mobile wallets, and Open Account products. It also includes risk and fraud management, stakeholder engagement with banks, tax authorities and regulators, and a commitment to operational excellence.
