CIMPOGEST Lda, a consultancy company, is recruiting on behalf of a renowned food, fashion, design, furniture and art brand, a Senior Store Manager.

The position offers exciting opportunities, professional career development in a highly prestigious and reputable location. The person hired will be responsible for the management of the main store/showroom based in Maputo city.



Responsibilities:

- Perform furniture sales from the main showroom and through the website;

- Perform/assist in the decoration of the showroom within the brand philosophy;

- Promote the brand and the store's furniture designs;

- Develop a catalog of the brand's designs and keep it updated;

- Keeping the showroom inventory up to date;

- Develop a customer database and keep it updated;

- Manage the sales team, work as a team and stimulate it to ensure the quality of care.

- Contribute in the development of content and the preparation of media content;

- Assist in the organization and preparation of events;

- Assist in the planning and execution of specific decoration projects from conception to completion;

- Create commercial strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and increase profitability;

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

- High school education and preferably with a degree/diploma in the commercial, interior design, or marketing field;

- Five (5) years proven experience in sales, of which the last 2 should have been in commercial sales management of furniture, art and decoration sales;

- Excellent sales, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, as well as experience working with social media as marketing tools;

- Proven ability in sales;

- Knowledge of Mozambican art history and culture is an advantage;

- Ability to express yourself well in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
