About the Position: The Administrator will be based in ALS Assay & Inspection Mozambique and will report to the Site Manager/Supervisor. The Administrator will perform general clerical tasks and is highly organized and knows how to manage tasks well. The Administrator will oversee collecting and keeping important or confidential company files and must be always aware of employees’ whereabouts. If you are highly motivated and organized then this might just be the job for you.
Working Conditions:
Basis: Full Time
Shift: Monday to Friday

The position will be responsible for:
For the efficient and effective operation of all administrative duties.
Receive samples for testing and process them according to written company procedure.
Maintain appropriate systems for handling, storage, preservation, and delivery of records.
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.

Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
A Tertiary education will be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years’ progressive work experience in administration
Good communication skills in English both verbally and written.
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines.
Good understanding of policies and protocols
Demonstrated skill in administrative management and operations.
Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
Ability to learn to use different content management systems, such as Google web forms and web content management systems.
