• Strategy development: in close cooperation with the Chairman, develop innovative, context-driven approaches that support vision of facilitating sustainable industrialisation in Mozambique
• Department management: manage team of 10, report to Chairman and Board, ensure compliance with company rules, work plans and milestones
• Financial management: oversee financial aspects of the department; create and monitor budgets
• Monitoring, evaluation and learning: guide and supervise the team in their production of reports on programme results
• Marketing & communications: supervise the coordination with marketing team for the production of articles, videos and other media outputs about sustainability programmes; oversee visibility opportunities for partners and sponsors of the programme
• Donor/sponsor relations management: develop, maintain and manage relationships with donors and private sector sponsors that partner with sustainability programmes; write proposals for new projects.
• Representative: be the face of Sustainability and represent it at official occasions and in the media.

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Development or similar subject
